This subject equips students with the skills, mindset and tools needed to thrive in dynamic business environments. How is the subject structured and delivered?

Managing Change is delivered over eight weeks of structured learning where you will delve into a new topic relevant to change management each week. Weekly online webinars are hosted with your online class and led by Online Learning Facilitators who facilitate interactive discussions on the topics, case studies and application of concepts within organisations. Through the live webinars, you will be able to learn not only from the learning materials and your Online Learning Facilitators but also draw and learn from the experiences and viewpoints of fellow professionals studying alongside you. Can’t make all the live webinars? Don’t worry, they are recorded so you can watch it at any time.  

Do I need prior knowledge of change management to take this subject?

No, prior knowledge of change management is not needed to succeed in undertaking the Managing Change subject at AIB. You will find that the concepts discussed in the subject will be highly applicable due to the familiarity of change in all aspects of life. Any prior experience in project management or organisational change will be helpful, but it’s certainly not required. 

Can I specialise my MBA in HR?
