Assessment

Studying Managing Change, students engage in two assessments that focus on the application of change management principles within their own organisations or one they’re familiar with. The first assessment tasks students with addressing specific change management issues using a relevant change model and proposing well-informed recommendations for improvement. The second assessment deepens this exploration by critically evaluating the organisational culture and its responsiveness to change, followed by the development of a proposal with recommendations to enhance change readiness.

Managing Change filled up my tool box with ways to be a better change leader. It has enabled me to make clearer, more thought-out change plans that take into account all of the challenges that may arise. It also provided me with a lot of strategies to overcome barriers to change, which I have utilised in my work to make recommendations to proactively address issues before they happen.
