CEO Mag talks to AIB – Transforming doubt into determination through MBA education

In the fast-paced world of business, where confidence is often the key to success, the struggle with self-doubt can be a formidable hurdle. Even accomplished professionals can find themselves grappling with imposter syndrome, questioning their abilities and fearing exposure as frauds.

She explained how, as her career grew, she fell victim to impostor syndrome. Today, holding an MBA degree and serving as the Founder of TCLH, CEO Magazine engaged in a conversation with Professor Iain Hay, the Academic Dean at AIB, discussing how MBA education and self-investment has empowered individuals like Lucy to overcome their insecurities, harness their potential, and evolve into self-assured leaders.
