Megan is an award-winning business leader recognised for her expertise in the circular economy and solar energy sectors. Named one of Australia’s Top 100 Green Energy Players by The Australian in 2023, she is passionate about turning ideas into impactful solutions. With experience spanning corporate, government, executive and grassroots roles, Megan brings a well-rounded perspective to her work. In 2021, she co-founded Circular PV Alliance, Australia’s first peak body dedicated to promoting a circular economy for solar energy. The following year, she established Avid Advisory, an organisation dedicated to the success and long-term sustainability of project development.
Gibran Maher
CEO & Co-founder, Additive Surgical

Gibran is the CEO and co-founder of Additive Surgical, a leading Australian company specialising in the R&D and manufacturing of 3D-printed titanium spinal implants. With over 17 years in the medical technology industry, he combines technical expertise with strong business acumen. His MBA in Entrepreneurship played a pivotal role in securing funding and accelerating the growth of Additive Surgical, with research and planning from his assignments directly shaping the company’s success. He also holds a Diploma of Financial Services and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. In addition to his executive role, Gibran serves as a board member for the Medical Device Partnering Program as well as positions in global medtech organisations.
Ken Letander
CEO & Founder, Strat First Inc.
2024 AIB Graduate
Ken is the founder and CEO of Strat First Inc., a Canada-based advisory firm specialising in risk management planning, strategic planning, Indigenous relations and marketing. He has garnered experience from his tenure with the Government of Alberta, the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada, various Indigenous communities and the private sector. Ken has played a key role in designing and implementing Indigenous procurement and recruitment strategies, contributing to the development of Canada’s first grid-scale small modular reactor (SMR).
