Vivienne is a highly experienced executive manager and business leader who holds a Master of Business Administration with experience in finance, marketing, business development, leadership, project management, corporate governance, operations management, consumer behaviour, business consulting, human resources, recruitment, strategic management and general business management.

She is passionate about people, customer experience and strategy, applying a people-centric approach to her transformational servant leadership style. With 25+ years of experience working in SME businesses with a focus on the telecommunications and land development industries, she is currently responsible for the day-to-day success of Underground Power Development Pty Ltd, a specialist electrical design engineering firm.

As a working parent and past mature-aged MBA student, Vivienne is an advocate for flexible work to ensure people can continue to develop their skills, take an active part in their family lives, and have opportunities to donate their time to important causes. She encourages women into the electrical trade as part of her work with ECAWA Women’s Advisory Council and is a member of the National Association of Women in Construction. She encourages women to take on leadership roles and is a strong advocate for training and continuous learning. She is a Member of the Australian Institute of Project Management and holds qualifications in project management practice. Vivienne is also proudly a Non-Executive Director of the Electrical and Communications Association WA, an NFP that focuses on educating and training the electrotechnical industry.

Vivienne can provide professional advice in the areas of culture, change and people management, strategy planning, creation and implementation, customer experience, negotiation and business development. She can also provide tips on balancing work, life and study and providing flexible solutions for human capital.
