Veronica is the Director BreastScreen NSW Greater Southern at Murrumbidgee and Southern NSW Local Health Districts, with 10 years of experience helping clients, clinicians and managers to achieve their best. By focusing on client and people-centred care, she has put her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons.) degree obtained through Charles Sturt University and her Master of Business Administration earned at the Australian Institute of Business to good use.

Over the years, Veronica’s strengths in strategic planning, operations management, change management, stakeholder engagement, workplace safety, leadership and conflict resolution have been recognised repeatedly at local and state levels. She has a wide range of lived experience within the healthcare sector, including clinical client-facing service delivery, service management, development of new departments, and senior management. She has also owned her own business, providing consultancy services to private clients and organisations.

Veronica is a high-performing, motivated and passionate individual who believes that there is always more to learn and that opportunities to grow are everywhere.
