Tim is an award-winning project professional and Certified Practising Project Director (CPPD) with over 9 years’ experience working in a variety of project roles within the Defence industry. A strong foundation in the areas of business, finance and engineering back up his extensive project experience. Working for tier 1 engineering consulting company Aurecon, Tim has managed a large variety of projects across all stages of the project lifecycle, both in urban and remote environments on sites with a high operational tempo. He also has experience operating in a PMO environment, delivering large programs of work worth in excess of $500m across 400 active projects.
Tim can provide advice in the areas of project management, people management and leadership, contract administration and operational excellence.
