Kevin Baker

Kevin is passionate about enabling organisations to achieve their highest potential through informed decision-making and strategic, evidence-based policy direction. As a strategic stakeholder relationship and management leader, Kevin enables organisations to achieve their optimal strategic outcomes. He is currently responsible for Government and stakeholder relations and engagement in NSW for BHP, one of the world’s largest mining companies, and previously managed stakeholder engagement for the NSW Government through the COVID-19 pandemic.

Kevin is also passionate about not-for-profit leadership and has held several board positions. A strong servant leader, Kevin actively utilises his skills, education, and experience to advocate for important causes within his community, bringing a strategic and passionate approach to deliver positive and desired results.  With a unique background stemming from the beginning of his career as a qualified electrician and engineer specialising in robotics and mechatronics with General Motors Holden, Kevin builds on his engineering and project management background combined with his business acumen and experience to bring a unique perspective that achieves successful policy and engagement outcomes.
