Charles is a results-oriented and people-focused transformational leader specialising in Supply Chain and Logistics. With a keen expertise in supply chain disruption and mitigation strategies, Charles has consistently reduced complexity from processes, resulting in increased efficiency, service excellence and enhanced profitability. His ability to quickly develop appropriate strategic and tactical relationships while fostering collaborative partnerships consistently improves performance outcomes and drives positive fiscal contributions. Charles is a subject matter expert in supply chain & logistics, strategy & risk mitigation, operations management and leadership. He shares his extensive knowledge and experience as a Professor at Conestoga College where he teaches Integrated Logistics in Supply Chain. In addition to his teaching role, he serves as a Board Member for the Canadian Institute of Traffic and Transportation.

Beyond his professional achievements, Charles is dedicated to giving back to society through his volunteer work with the Royal Canadian Air Cadets. As Captain Daharry, he has excelled as the Commanding Officer of multiple Squadrons, leading large and diverse teams comprising training, operations, administration, logistics, and finance personnel.
