Adam Hall

Adam is a skilled leader and senior manager with extensive experience leading high-performing teams and growing businesses. He holds a Bachelor of Management degree with a major in marketing, along, an MBA specialised in marketing and recently obtained his Chartered Manager (C.Mgr.) designation from Chartered Managers Canada.

Adam’s experience started in the sports nutrition industry, running several branches, maximising profitability and leading a vast expansion across Alberta. He worked in the automotive industry for over six years, mainly as Regional Manager, overseeing the organisation’s Alberta branches in the auto glass industry and leading a team of over 50 staff. Having his finger on the pulse enabled his company to grow drastically, achieving year-over-year growth each month. Plus, he successfully developed assistant managers and managers within the organisation. Recently, Adam progressed into the senior role of Director of Operations with Barricades and Signs, a leading traffic control company in Western Canada.

In addition, Adam is a board member for a not-for-profit organisation, where he also sits on the fundraising and awareness committee as well as the finance and audit committee. He’s also a member of an AIB alumni industry panel, providing support and expertise in the marketing and entrepreneurship fields.

Adam can assist with management and leadership advice, marketing and staffing and recruitment strategies. He excels in multi-unit management as well as operations strategies. As a board member, he can help with governance and direction within boards. He is a subject matter expert in the automotive, construction, safety and sports nutrition industries.
