Online Learning Facilitators (HR/Management & Financial Management)

About the role

Currently we are looking for casual Online Learning Facilitators to provide outstanding teaching experiences for our students in the following subject areas:

  • HR/Management (specifically – strategic Human Resource Management, Organisational Learning and Design, Managing Change, Managing People in a Global Context and Strategic Management)
  • Financial Management and Corporate Governance

An Online Learning Facilitator (OLF) will deliver online classes under the guidance of the Subject Co-ordinator, Director of Academic Operations, or delegate. OLFs will deliver classes using AIB content and assessments. OLFs will provide assistance and support to students in all academic matters relating to the subject, deliver webinars in the subject, mark subject assessments, and provide feedback to students about marked assessment items. OLFs are required to remain up-to-date in their discipline area by participating in professional development. In addition, all Online Facilitators must adhere to AIB standards and protocols.

About you

To be considered you are required to meet the following selection criteria:

  • PhD level qualification in business or business-related discipline; or Masters level qualification in business disciplines PLUS significant relevant professional and/or management experience within the same discipline
  • Experience in teaching subjects in one or more of the above disciplines
  • Experience teaching within the Australian higher education sector; previous online teaching experience is preferred.
  • Teaching experience at the post-graduate level; previous MBA teaching experience is preferred Customer service focus and strong people skills
  • Demonstrated high standard of verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Must have the right to work in Australia

Paid Media Specialist (LinkedIn)

About the role

As a LinkedIn Paid Media Specialist you will be at the forefront of driving student enrolments through innovative and data-driven LinkedIn campaigns. You’ll collaborate with a passionate and dynamic marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Digital, and wield your expertise to craft strategies that resonate with prospective students.

You’ll manage significant budgets and implement cutting-edge A/B tests to unlock growth opportunities, all while leveraging your analytical prowess to provide insights that inform strategic decisions.

This role is perfect for a results-driven individual with a strong background in paid social advertising, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to embrace the challenge of shaping the future of education in Australia.

Responsibilities:

  • LinkedIn Advertising Mastery: Leverage your expertise in LinkedIn advertising, including Sponsored Posts, InMail, and Conversation Ads, to drive cost-effective student leads and enrolment.
  • Campaign Strategy: Craft and execute data-driven campaigns that consistently deliver on KPI’s (i.e. cost-per-lead, cost-per-enrolment). You’ll oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from execution and budget allocation to tracking, optimisation, and performance analysis
  • Ad Creative Development: Partner with creative teams to ideate, develop, and optimise high-performing ad assets that align with campaign goals and audience insights.
  • A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to identify the most effective combinations and drive incremental growth.
  • Audience Targeting: Develop and execute strategies leveraging remarketing and predictive audiences to acquire prospective students and guide them through the decision-making journey.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage budgets effectively, you’ll always be on top of allocating resources to top-performing campaigns and identifying areas for increased investment.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Use tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Excel, Data Studio, Supermetrics, and GA4 to create detailed reports and evaluate campaign success, offering actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ of experience driving performance with paid social advertising.
  • 2+ years managing large-scale LinkedIn performance campaigns, including Sponsored Posts and InMail.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and optimise impactful ad creatives in collaboration with creative teams.
  • Proven success in using predictive audiences and lookalike models to improve campaign performance.
  • Experience managing seven-figure budgets for a single brand, with a focus on return on investment.
  • Advanced Excel skills for campaign analysis and reporting, with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • A strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn data into strategic recommendations.
  • Expertise in key metrics such as Lifetime Value (LTV) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), with a history of optimising these metrics.
  • Previous experience working with high-ticket products and long buying cycles is highly desirable.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is highly regarded.

What we are looking for

  • Proven success in outbound sales (minimum 1 year. Contact centre experience preferred)
  • A passion for closing deals and meeting sales targets
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Motivation to guide prospective students toward life-changing educational decisions
