Krishnan teaches multiple subjects in disciplines of business and management in tertiary education, and has taught in vocational education sector. He has developed and reviewed learning materials, has experience in online facilitation using LMS, and provides ongoing student engagement and support. He has trained executives across Australia and overseas at Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes in management and delivered workplace training in fast-paced business environments. Currently a Lecturer in Australian Institute of Business, Krishnan is a recipient of “High Commendation” in AIB Teaching Excellence Awards 2020, Australian Institute of Business.

He has worked in four countries and across multiple cultures, developed / motivated teams, managed sales, marketing and operations, has experience in entrepreneurship, engaged stakeholders in the public and private sectors, and handled client management and recruitment.

With extensive experience in teaching and training, he has visited colleges and universities as a trainer and coach, delivered training and personal coaching to MBA students, graduates and job seekers for assessment centres, developed question banks and activities for leading publications in business and management, and written on business and management for multiple clients and portals.
