As the Learning Resources Officer at AIB, Jack has a wide variety of duties. Supporting students with accessing the library’s resources is the core focus, but preparing resources for subjects, using and teaching EndNote and maintaining AIB’s research repository are all in a day’s work. Jack has developed a rounded understanding of many aspects of the student journey and uses this understanding to assist students through both webinars and one-on-one student consultations.
