Barbara Coat’s dedication to enhancing the student experience and promoting lifelong learning is evident through her innovative contributions and roles at the Australian Institute of Business (AIB) and previous organisations. Her work focuses on creating an engaging and supportive learning environment that facilitates student success from orientation through to graduation.
As the Librarian and Orientation Coordinator, Barbara is here to assist in the initial stages of a student’s journey, ensuring access to essential resources and awareness of how to navigate the digital learning space effectively. The management of the Online Orientation Program is a particular focus, as it introduces new students to the online learning environment, helping them to acclimate quickly and begin their studies with confidence.
