Studying Managing Change, students engage in two assessments that focus on the application of change management principles within their own organisations or one they’re familiar with. The first assessment tasks students with addressing specific change management issues using a relevant change model and proposing well-informed recommendations for improvement. The second assessment deepens this exploration by critically evaluating the organisational culture and its responsiveness to change, followed by the development of a proposal with recommendations to enhance change readiness.
