On the night, you’ll hear from our keynote speaker, AIB graduate Therese Frangie. Starting her career on the restaurant floor at the tender age of 15, Therese is currently the CEO of Mad Mex, showcasing her extraordinary leadership within the Quick Service Restaurant industry. Her journey has taken her through iconic brands like KFC, Starbucks and Oporto. She is now known for championing a culture of excellence and ‘la Familia’ at Mad Mex.
Therese’s keynote will delve into the critical topic of ‘Decision Fatigue’ and its impact on leadership effectiveness. She will share personal techniques she has implemented in her dual role as a CEO and a mum of three. Therese will reveal how these strategies help reduce cognitive load, foster better decision-making, and boost productivity, empowering leaders to excel.
