Andrew Gheorghe

As a Process Excellence Lead and consultant with TD Wealth, Andrew plans, manages and oversees end-to-end delivery of requirements throughout project lifecycles in alignment with business needs and strategies. He provides leadership and collaborates with stakeholders, including business, technology and finance partners, to support project benefits and changes to business processes, policies and systems across single or multiple lines of business.

Before joining the banking industry, Andrew worked in supply chain and operations, leading North American operations for a mid-sized flooring manufacturer, delivering construction materials and goods to retail, builder and wholesale markets. Accountable for P&L performance, his purview included supply-chain management, transportation logistics, warehousing and customer service functions.

Experienced in third-party logistics (3PL), Andrew has also led initial distribution hub operations and implementation for one of the largest telecommunication companies in Canada. He supported the onboarding of various programs, including consumer mobile and internet/cable forward and reverse logistics operations with automated warehousing solutions.

Andrew is passionate about helping others with their personal and career development. He can provide professional advice on Lean Six Sigma, supply chain management and solutions design within the context of small, medium and large organisations.
