Andre Moten joined Corporate Travel Management (CTM) in 2001 and was the first Sales Manager appointed by the company with national responsibilities. From there, he was promoted to the position of Director of Sales and Marketing in 2003 before becoming the General Manager of CTM’s Queensland operations in 2010. He was appointed General Manager for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) in 2014.
Andre is currently the COO for ANZ. In this role, he is ultimately responsible for the operations, account management and sales of CTM’s locations in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia, Tasmania, and New Zealand. He also assumes responsibility for technology product support. Andre was also an Executive Director on the CTM Board between 2004 and 2010. When it comes to business success, Moten – who has significant business development experience in both the public and private sectors including as Director of the Queensland State Government’s Olympic 2000 Task Force and Group Sales Manager for Ansett Australia – has three key current objectives that include: delivering a return on the investment of transactional costs for customers; providing exemplary travel management service and deliver technology to exceed customer requirements for efficiency and effectiveness in traveller booking and actual travel experience. Moten strives to provide advice to his clients outside the scope of ‘traditional’ travel management services, extending into the management of incidental expenditures, assuring better travel policy compliance and an improved travel booking process.
