The AIB peer-mentoring support program is a 12-month program where mentors meet virtually with their mentees typically once a month to share their knowledge, skills and experience. This enables the mentees to not only settle into their studies at AIB, but also grow in a professional and personal capacity.
During the program, both the mentors and mentees will receive communication from the program facilitators giving them helpful tips and resources about mentoring.
At the end of the program, both the mentors and mentees will be invited to provide feedback about their experiences and how this program has helped them in their research journey.
If you would like to become a mentor or mentee or have any questions, please email the AIB academic co-leads, Dr Parth Patel at parth.patel@aib.edu.au. and Dr Syed Mohyuddin at syed.mohyuddin@aib.edu.au.
