Prior to embarking on his MBA, Mark Nesci’s career had been diverse, rewarding and successful – he’d achieved a lot! But he was lacking a formal qualification, and he understood that this may have been holding him back from reaching greater heights and accomplishing even more.
Upon taking the leap, he discovered that the MBA was truly going to complement his work experience and that his experience would really power his MBA journey. That’s because those who study the AIB MBA with a few more years of real-world work experience under their belts benefit from the practical structure of the programme so much more.

What the MBA did for Mark was challenge his business know-how and how he’d done things in the past, making him critically analyse and assess a lot. That process of self-analysis is so valuable as it promotes greater self-awareness – critical for all leaders.
We really enjoyed meeting Mark at our December 2018 Graduation in Adelaide, and wish him all the best as he embarks on his next learning and professional development challenge with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
